SuiteMeetings is the ideal chance for our highest qualified meeting planners to learn about and meet with various luxury hotels and destinations, while exchanging ideas and information with other meeting planners. Ultimately you will walk away with new ideas and relationships that will lead to better business and better meetings.
The event is invitation only. A majority of the planners are invited directly by attending hoteliers, however on occasion we will have extra spots available for qualified planners. If you feel you may qualify, please reach out to us and we can place you on a waitlist.
Your property/destination should be 4 or 5 Diamond (or equivalent) and interested in actively targeting business from each respective showcase location. This event on a first come first served basis.
Unfortunately, this is a business networking event. We strictly ask that everyone attending be a client or meeting planner. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
Hoteliers are encouraged to bring at least 1 planner who is able to demonstrate a booking history and future desire of bringing group meeting business to the attending luxury hotels and destinations. Please have your client register online and we will then review their qualifications.

We have a policy that typically allows only one meeting planner to attend per company. However, exceptions can be made if there is verifiable information provided.
